A bit about the role _**
We are on the hunt for a strategic Enterprise Marketing Manager to take responsibility in developing, implementing and executing marketing plans for our enterprise customers. If you are a creative soul with a strong background in marketing to large businesses who holds a solutions and growth mindset focused on profitability and results - we’d like to hear from you
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You are **innovative** and self-started with 5+ years of experience in **B2B enterprise** marketing (demand gen, ABM, field marketing)
- You have previous support of field sales and partner organizations within the IT industry
- You are experienced with **account-based** tech stacks
- You have a **curious** mindset always looking for opportunities to learn and grow
- You are highly analytical with a growth mindset
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are detail-focused, you like to dot every “i” and cross every “t”
- You hold strong cross-functional project management skills and enjoy collaborating
- You have a proven track record of successfully launching targeted, personalized campaigns across a variety of channels
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- **BIG** plus - You have experience supporting varying verticals i.e: Healthcare, Governments
**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Define marketing plans to create and accelerate opportunities, build relationships, and impact revenue growth for the Enterprise sales segment.
- Directly engage and support the Enterprise sales team.
- End to end campaign accountability to ensure programs are well planned, properly budgeted, resources aligned, executed on time, and follow up strategy implemented.
- Establish program specific KPIs and track results.
- Frequent communication of program plans, status updates, and post-activity results to key stakeholders.
- Partner with the sales team to craft hyper-relevant, tailored programs that generate pipeline, move prospects through the sales cycle, and build customer loyalty.
- Own the execution and delivery of webinars and events to drive demand for Enterprise accounts.
- Monitor, track, and report engagement/results of strategic accounts segment across all programs. Make recommendations based on analysis and results.
- Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing internal partners, budgets, and timelines and processes.
