Overview:
**Work Location**: This is a **hybrid** position (Must be local to Toronto, Ontario)

**Compensation**: $120,000-$140,000 CAD Annually

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate, modify, and create information systems policies and procedures.
- Manage teams and assign staff to various parts of the process.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Analyze current projects.
- Keep daily track of development projects.
- Meet with stakeholders to develop new ideas and relay the information to the development teams.
- Participate in establishment and maintenance of security certifications.
- Participate in RFP responses and security questionnaires.
- Manage the integration of systems and platforms.
- Manage the information asset inventory.
- Manage the server environment.

Qualifications:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent leadership skills to guide and inspire their team.
- Communication skills to interact with both stakeholders and team members.
- Exceptional knowledge of IT systems and software development
- Strong knowledge of data protection security requirements.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines.
