Prime-Tech is a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Waterjet consumables and replacement parts. We also developed a garnet processing plant on-site that takes the spent aggregate (sand), and puts it through our recycling process to get it back to a virgin consistency.

Maple Leaf Ropes, is a leading manufacturer and supplier of some of the largest rope and gear brands in North America; we are actively seeking a Human Resources Manager that can bring the necessary skills and experience to take us to the next level.

**Duties**:
Full-cycle recruitment including pre-screens, interviews, on-site tours, job descriptions, reference checks, job postings, offer letters, etc.

Organize, participate in recruitment initiatives such as job fairs, advertising, networking, etc.

Facilitate new hire and onboarding process and assist with offboarding when needed

Handle all administrative tasks related to the position including but not limited to status change forms, filing, etc.

Maintain employee files and update information into the system

Provide coaching and support to managers, supervisors and employees regarding all HR policies and programs

Coordinate and track all employee training related to Human Resources and updated/new company policies or procedures

Participate in social committee and assist with the planning of company events

Working knowledge of Health & Safety

Other duties as assigned

**Experience**:
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management

2+ years full-cycle recruitment/HR experience

Education in human resources, organizational development, business management, business administration or related fields is considered an asset.

Willingness/desire to obtain CHRP designation.

Proficiency in Google/office Suite

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Team player with the ability to take ownership of all projects involved.

Exceptional attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities

High emotional intelligence and commitment to professionalism.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
