(Bilingual) Customer Logistics Representative (Hybrid Work Arrangement)

Account Lead, Customer Logistics

**Location**:
Markham, Ontario

As part of the Customer Replenishment team in Supply Chain, you will be managing a set of customer accounts and will work closely with the Account Lead to provide timely and accurate processing of orders and deduction clearance. The incumbent will have daily interactions with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Supply Chain, Distribution and Logistics and external customers and brokers.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS SUMMARY
- Managing a set of customer accounts and communicating with external/internal stakeholders
- Daily management of all orders; monitoring order status, resolving exceptions and interfacing with internal and external clients to meet customer order requests.
- Daily decision making relating to specific account issues such as order holds, changes, shortages and late deliveries.
- Support investigation of over ship/short ship/damage and trade/non-trade related promotions as a result of deductions taken by customers.
- Validate and clear deductions - engage customers, brokers and sales as required to resolve discrepancies.
- Collect outstanding and unauthorized deductions, including supporting the collection process.
- Escalate order, delivery, customer late pick-ups, inventory and deduction issues to the Account Lead and Director, Customer Replenishment where appropriate.
- Process Credit notes related to inventory returns, shorts, damages and price related discrepancies.
- Supply customer specific service reports and analysis as required.
- For continuous improvement and process enhancements, address order accuracy versus customer P.O. (lead times, price, deals).
- Perform analysis on target customers to improve customer performance metrics (invoice accuracy, on-time delivery and case fill rates).
- Work on special projects as required.
- Backup support for team members as required

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree or equivalent
- Bilingual (English and French, written and spoken) preferred
- 1-2 years customer service, or related, experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good problem solving skills and ability to resolve issues, fix root cause
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs of the business
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent technical and computer skills including proficiency in MS Excel
