**Bilingual Customer Service Representative**
- For over 30 years _**InBenefits**_ has provided management and administration solutions to its clients, the Nursing Homes and Related Industries Pension Plan and the Multi-Sector Pension Plan. We also provide additional services such as Consulting, Investment Support, Communication and Education.

InBenefits is now hiring for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives with a positive attitude, any previous call center experience is an asset. Industry Experience is not required as training is provided.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming and outbound calls regarding termination and retirement benefits
- Provide accurate and valid information to members by using the right methods and tools ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures
- Must be a good listener and be able to assess and identify customer needs
- Maintain and update member information in Pension Plan Database
- Responsible for printing system generated letters and preparing benefit packages as required

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- _**Bilingual in English and French - both written and verbal**_
- Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Eager and Energetic
- Prior call center and customer service experience an asset
- Flexibility to work as both an effective team member and independently
- Pension experience is an asset

Hybrid is currently offered following completion of training program after which staff report on-site 2 days per week ( at management's discretion)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
