- Have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising with a strong emphasis on Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Be experts in paid search, demonstrating success in managing and optimizing campaigns across various platforms, including some experience with App, Display, and YouTube, focusing on long-term performance and cost efficiency.
- Be proficient in A/B testing methodology to fine-tune continuously and improve campaign performance.
- Have hands-on experience with Google Ads and expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics and GA4 (familiarity with Search Ads 360 is a plus).
- Be highly analytical and maintain a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills to establish and maintain internal and client relationships, as well as be able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Have advanced Google Analytics certification and Google Ads certification.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel to derive actionable insights for optimizing performance.
- Be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage SEM channel budgets and work closely with the media team to plan and execute campaign strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target demographics and optimize campaign targeting.
- Examine campaign performance using Google Analytics and provide regular reports, offering recommendations to enhance campaigns and increase ROI.
- Present campaign insights to clients regularly.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and maintain precise long-term tracking of campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in SEM and digital marketing to pursue innovative approaches to boost channel growth and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as Google, Microsoft, and Apple to shape campaign strategy and explore new opportunities for boosting performance.

**Salary**: $62,000 - $75,000

FKA offers all Edmonton-based team members a hybrid work arrangement. Team members residing in other cities across Canada have a remote work arrangement with scheduled opportunities for in-person co-working.
