We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Representative to join our growing global People & Culture team. As the P&C Representative you will support various P&C functions during the entire employee journey ensuring data integrity and accuracy within our various systems. This role will also support in the administration of different P&C programs while providing a high level of customer service to our Canadian employees and our P&C partners across each brand division. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global People & Culture and will be located in Toronto, ON.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare offer letters, background checks, conduct orientations for all new hires
- Main point of contact for employee inquiries in our Canadian division
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our different systems (i.e. benefits, absence tracking, payroll); including quarterly data audits and year-end processes
- Assist in creating, updating and implementing Global P&C policies, programs and procedures
- Support organizing employee engagement activities, events, recognition and well-being programs
- Support the global P&C leadership team with review and revision of policies and practices as needed to comply with changing or new legislation.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive organizational culture.
- Backup for payroll processing and submission
- Other P&C tasks and projects as assigned by the P&C Leadership team

**What You’ll Need**:

- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Human Resources roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail, organization, and time management abilities
- Customer-Centric attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Systems administration knowledge - HRIS, Benefits
- Ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
- Degree/Diploma in Psychology, Social Studies, Human Resources Management, Business

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
