**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Implement change management initiatives to support organizational growth
- Utilize data analysis skills to drive decision-making processes
- Supervise payroll processes and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Must have exprience in **high volume recruiting**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- HR experience in Property Maintenance, Home Services, Home Renovations is highly desirable
- Proven experience in a leadership role within HR or People & Culture
- Expertise in HRIS systems such as Dayforce, Kronos, PeopleSoft, or Oracle
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and practices
- Excellent data analysis skills to drive HR decisions
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
