**Description du poste**

Le(la) représentant(e) des ventes en protection incendie se concentrera sur le développement des affaires multi-marchés dans un territoire donné pour l'ensemble des produits et solutions techniques de l'entreprise en contactant des bureaux d'ingénierie et des entrepreneurs, tout en soutenant les distributeurs locaux de Victaulic. L'accent sera mis sur les systèmes de protection incendie. Ce poste nécessite un engagement à des déplacements étendus de nuit, selon les besoins.

**Responsabilités**:

- Promouvoir la vente des produits, concepts et services de l'entreprise auprès des prospects, spécificateurs, acheteurs, distributeurs et utilisateurs
- Rechercher et rapporter des informations sur le marché et la concurrence pour la planification et l'examen de la stratégie de vente
- Élaborer des objectifs de vente, des stratégies et des prévisions et les valider avec votre gestionnaire
- Établir et maintenir de bonnes relations avec les clients, prospects et distributeurs
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans de promotion adaptés, avec l'aide et l'approbation de votre gestionnaire, tels que des présentations de groupe, des salons régionaux, des séminaires de formation, des visites de succursales et des visites d'installation
- Trouver et suivre les grands projets de construction, d'expansion ou de rénovation avec un potentiel de vente Victaulic
- Coopérer avec l'effort de vente de l'entreprise lorsque les influences de vente sont interterritoriales
- Développer les distributeurs du territoire pour maintenir le niveau de service client requis
- Respecter les lignes directrices en matière de tarification ou faire des recommandations pour des tarifs spéciaux avec l'approbation de votre gestionnaire
- Améliorer en continu les spécifications écrites par les clients pour les produits Victaulic
- Maintenir des connaissances et des compétences à jour pour votre travail et informer votre gestionnaire de tout besoin de formation
- Coopérer avec les ventes internes, l'ingénierie et d'autres membres du personnel de soutien pour assurer une bonne collaboration afin de répondre aux exigences du client
- Participer à vos réunions de groupe de travail sur la qualité et œuvrer pour l'amélioration continue de votre travail
- Rapporter les activités, les progrès, les informations sur le marché, les nouvelles idées, les dépenses et d'autres données pertinentes, le cas échéant ou sur demande

**Compétences** et **expérience** **souhaitées**
- Deux à cinq ans d'expérience dans les ventes externes, en contact avec l'industrie de la construction avec une connaissance ou une expérience spécifique dans l'une ou plusieurs des industries suivantes : (CVC, industriel, produits de construction, mines, pétrole, municipalité ou industrie des tuyaux, vannes et raccords). Preuve de la capacité à interagir efficacement avec les entrepreneurs, les propriétaires et les distributeurs pour établir des relations à long terme.
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles et de communication, aptitude mécanique supérieure, et capacité à interagir avec une clientèle diversifiée.
- Une licence universitaire de quatre ans en ingénierie, en affaires ou en arts libéraux.
- Volonté de voyager.

**Salaire**:70 - 90 000 $ (selon l'expérience) + (voiture, commission non plafonnée et bonus)

**Bilingual **Fire Protection Sales Representative**

**Montreal, QC**

The Fire Protection Sales Representative will focus on developing multi market business in a given territory for all of the company's engineered products and solutions by calling on engineering firms and contractors and supporting the local Victaulic distributors. Market focus will be fire protection systems. This position requires commitment to extensive overnight travel as required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote to sell company products, concepts and services to prospects, specifiers, buyers, distributors and users
- Research and report marketplace and competitive information for sales strategy planning and review
- Develop sales objectives, strategies and forecasts and concur with your manager
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, prospects and distributors
- Develop and implement suitable promotion plans, with the help and approval of your manager, such as group presentations, regional shows, training seminars, branch visits and installation tours
- Find and follow major construction, expansion or retrofit projects with Victaulic sales potential
- Cooperate with the corporate sales effort when sales influences are inter-territorial
- Develop territory distributors to maintain the required customer service level
- Comply with pricing guidelines or make recommendations for special pricing for your manager’s approval
- Continuously improve customers’ written specifications for Victaulic
