Priority Fire Equipment, a leader in the Quebec fire protection service industry is growing and searching for ambitious sales representatives to further develop our market share in the greater Montreal and Ottawa areas.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Win and onboard new clients
- Prospect businesses in Ottawa and organize pipeline leads
- Meet with prospective clients to qualify opportunity
- Create and pitch value propositions to compete in bidding processes
- Present proposals and close new business
- Negotiate in the best interest of the company and long-term partnerships
- Ensure total customer satisfaction
- Hit and surpass sales targets and new business goals

**Experience you bring**:

- Honest, competitive, open to coaching, strategic thinker
- Must be fluent in both English and French
- Customer service focused, driven to create long lasting partnerships.
- Driven for sales success and being rewarded on results
- Knowledge of contracting maintenance services in any trade a benefit
- Proven record of achievement in a similar role a definite differentiator
- Experience in Fire Protection not necessary but a definite asset
- Self-motivated, sense of urgency, ability to handle rejection

Priority Fire Equipment, un chef de file dans l'industrie des services de protection contre les incendies au Québec, est en pleine croissance et est à la recherche de représentants des ventes ambitieux afin de développer notre part de marché dans les régions de Montréal et d'Ottawa.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Gagner et intégrer de nouveaux clients
- Prospecter les entreprises d'Ottawa et organiser les pistes de vente
- Rencontrer les clients potentiels pour qualifier l'opportunité
- Créer et présenter des propositions de valeur pour rivaliser dans les processus d'appel d'offres
- Présenter des propositions et conclure de nouvelles affaires
- Négocier dans le meilleur intérêt de l'entreprise et des partenariats à long terme
- Assurer la satisfaction totale du client
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente et les objectifs de nouvelles affaires.

**L'expérience que vous apportez**:

- Honnête, compétitif, ouvert au coaching, penseur stratégique
- Vous devez parler couramment l'anglais et le français.
- Vous êtes axé sur le service à la clientèle et cherchez à créer des partenariats durables.
- Vous êtes motivé(e) pour réussir dans la vente et être récompensé(e) en fonction des résultats.
- Connaissance des services d'entretien des contrats dans tous les secteurs d'activité.
- Une expérience confirmée dans une fonction similaire est un atout indéniable.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la protection contre les incendies n'est pas nécessaire mais constitue un atout indéniable.
- Motivation personnelle, sens de l'urgence, capacité à faire face aux refus.
