**Job Description**:
Working within a team of professionals in the field of fire protection, your work will allow the company to respond adequately to the demands of its customers and ensure the profitability of the branch.

If you are customer service oriented, resourceful and want to contribute to a variety of projects, this position is for you. By joining our passionate and dynamic team, you will be mainly responsible for:
Distribute fire alarm start-ups for the team of technicians in place;
Prepare the necessary documents to the technicians for planning their work;
Enter data into the computer system;
Filing and other office duties.
**Requirements**:
Completed high school diploma or DEP, and equivalent relevant experience;
2 years of experience in a similar position;
Very good knowledge of Windows software;
Good aptitude for customer service;
Proficiency in spoken and written French and English (essential)
