**Job Description Summary**: As the Bilingual Service Specialty Sales Representative (SSR), you will be responsible for growing our Healthcare Commercial Service business as primarily an Inside Sales Representative at Hospitals/Healthcare facilities, utilizing uniquely positioned value propositions from GE Healthcare’s comprehensive portfolio of service offerings.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Focus on customer needs to deliver growth and solutions across the comprehensive portfolio of service offerings.
- Develop key stakeholder relationships with selected key buying stakeholders and decision makers at various organizational levels. Focus on delivering outcomes that drive meaningful results or impact for our customers while capitalizing on current business opportunities. Examples include Hospital or Clinic Management, Purchasing Organizations, GEHC Account Community.
- Differentiate GE Healthcare from our competition by effectively educating customers on our ability to support them with various solution offering customized to their needs.
- Synthesize historical service usage into insights and business cases that resonate with customers to enable growth while driving customer intimacy.
- Leverage data from multiple IT systems, distill trends, identify untapped opportunities, define engagement strategy and execute to capture service growth.
- Contribute to and execute on the targeted information generated through the centralized team Commercial Metric Insights Forecasting process.
- Participate in selected Request for Proposal (RFP) by managing professional RFP responses, negotiating price and managing the implementation along with Service Operations team.
- Work in conjunction with the entire GEHC Account Community and specifically Field Service Representatives (FSRs), Regional Service Managers (RSM) and Director of Services (DOS) to implement customized solutions.
- Develop and maintain high level of GE products/services knowledge, Industry awareness and competitive intelligence.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Commercial Excellence Team, Marketing and other departments to ensure our offerings continually serve the “Voice of The Customer”.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or Equivalent field
- Demonstrated selling skills and eagerness to grow sales
- Ability to successfully build rapport, credibility and confidence, being a trusted advisor & adding value to various customer interaction
- Driven & takes initiative / Demonstrated ability to work independently
- Must possess strong analytical skills, ability to use multiple systems and distill trends to identify untapped opportunities
- Demonstrated organizational skills, combined with influencing and facilitating skills
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing market needs;
- Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities to meet business goals;
- Ability to clearly define and resolve complex issues within the area or responsibility.
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Languages: Bilingual (English/French).
- Travel: Willingness to travel within your specified geographic region with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business need.
