**Job Description**:
AECOM Mississauga is actively looking for an Permits, Licenses and Approvals Agreement Manager for a major LRT project.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
+ Support Project sponsor, Technical Advisor, Program Control Consultant, vendors in identifying and planning of PULP activities;
+ Manage planning and execution of Utility relocations, Property Access, License Agreements, Third Party Approvals, and Permitting that fall under Sponsor’s obligation in collaboration with other teams;
+ Support Master Agreements with Utilities companies;
+ Identify early signs of risk to utility work schedule

+ Monitor and identify utility schedule risk against Utility Agreement(s) and Project Agreement, and coordinate with program consultant;
+ Assist manager (claims and variance support) in the review of Project Cos and other claims related to utility failure to perform;
+ Ensure timely completion of all utility relocation and permit requirements which are Metrolinx responsibility

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
+ Minimum twelve (12) years’ experience in delivery of large Rail infrastructure projects of $500M+ value in construction focused roles

+ University Degree in Public Administration, Public Policy, Urban Planning or a related discipline;
+ Experience in working on at least one $500M project

+ Ability to work 3 to 4 days a week in-person at site office in GTA (likely Mississauga)

**Preferred Qualifications**:
+ Strong experience of property acquisition, utilities, licenses and leases and permits approvals on rail and transit projects

+ Knowledge of Provincial legislation and acts related to PULP;
+ Excellent leadership skills to act as a role model, promoting a positive influence on the work of others through demonstration of technical expertise and effective interpersonal skills

+ Experience in multiple delivery models, including DBB, DBF and PDB (collaborative, cost plus etc);
