**About Our Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Manager of the Natural Products Marketing Council, you will provide a wide range of administrative, coordination and logístical support services for the Council and Council staff. You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries to the Council.

**Primary Accountabilities**:
In this position, the Council will rely on your ability to multitask and manage changing priorities on tight deadlines to keep our team on track. You will be accountable for processing and receiving mail, tracking correspondence and data entry, recording minutes, developing correspondence, collating, and organizing numerous streams of information, supporting records management for the Council, and recording, verifying and processing financial documents, transactions and payments. You must demonstrate careful attention to detail, dependability, efficiency and be self-motivated.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Successful completion of a one (1) year business/secretarial program plus three (3) years of comparable experience. An acceptable equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered.

- You have experience with records management processes and procedures.
- You have excellent proficiency with Corel Word Perfect, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
