- Seamax Trading Ltd., is a Japanese seafood wholesale. We sell frozen, fresh and dry products across to all Japanese restaurant across GTA.

**2. Job Description;**
- Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them when appropriate
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible

**3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications**
- Strong communication skill - Must both verbal & written Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) & English
- Ability to develop, maintain an excellent relationship with customers and suppliers
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role

**4. Compensation / Benefits;**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:
