Business Development Specialist

**Job description**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospect
- Source new business and revenue through outbound prospecting efforts
- Generate interest through outbound cold calling
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback
- Identify the needs and challenges of prospective clients
- Deliver strong customer service supported by our team.
- Exceed sales targets and goals to drive overall business growth
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years' of sales or account management experience
- B2B sales experience (preferably in IT, Digital Agency or selling SAAS)
- Post-secondary education in business, sales and/or marketing,
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to work as part of a small, growing team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident with strong presentation skills
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
**Experience**:
- B2B sales: 3 years (required)
- selling SEO services and/or website design/development: 2 years (required)
