**Customer Service Manager**
Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Vancouver-based company established in 1923 with locations in Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal. **We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for full-time employment in our Vancouver or Calgary office.** This position reports to Operations Management, is available immediately and includes the following responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, develop, and assess Customer Service team members
- Develop, communicate and measure established customer service standards
- Provide ongoing team member development, critical thinking skills and cross-functionality
- Effectively balance and delegate responsibilities across national team
- Proactively ensure day-to-day staff coverage to process orders & inquiries on time
- Promptly respond to and resolve escalated/complex customer issues or internal member queries
- Regularly report to management on service-related goals and team development
- Collaborate effectively with other departments/divisions
- Assist with various on-site tasks and service-related projects
- Be proficient with company software, identify roadblocks or improvement opportunities
- Be knowledgeable of all department tasks; possess a willingness to cross-train and assist wherever required
- Conduct oneself and represent the company ethically and professionally at all times
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Minimum of 3-years management experience
- Previous work experience in a regulated industry
- Extensive Computer skills (MS Office and SAGE)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Energetic team player with a can-do, will-do attitude
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
