**I. Purpose of Position/Accountability Description**:
This contract position plays an integral role in advancing and validating the company’s database for existing customers, as well as new customers. Currently, we sell to approximately 60% of Canadian Dental Offices and are looking to grow. Effective communication skills are essential on multiple levels dealing with dental professionals, (ie. Dentists, Dental Hygienists, etc.). Basic selling skills are an asset and will be preferred.

**II. Principal Duties**

1. Organization and ability to handle large quantities of data.

2. Technical savvy, with comfort around a variety of software systems and ability to learn quickly.

3. Database management: ability to work in Excel and sort / filter 10,000+ accounts (pivot tables). Must have the ability to keep track of customers called, who they are waiting to hear back from, changes made, accurate recording of new or changed information.

4. Database validation: ability to conduct outbound calls to customers to verify account information & opt-in to CRM database.

5. Data entry & account set up: ability to enter account data into customer master.

6. Collaboration with our current Customer Service and Professional Sales teams.

Pay: $25.00-$26.00 per hour
