Senior Sales Operations Analyst sought to develop and recommend strategies to optimize sales operations, gathering and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales analysis, with experience in developing and presenting data-driven analyses to improve sales processes. They will be responsible for gathering and organizing data from multiple sources, generating in-depth customer and market insights to enhance sales productivity.

  • Develop and present compelling data-driven analyses of commercial data to improve sales processes.
  • Gather and organize data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, to generate in-depth customer and market insights.
  • Proactively track, maintain, and design new reports, analytics, and dashboards as needed for reporting processes.
  • Build repeatable processes and reporting to enable sales leaders and reps with critical operational and performance data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.
  • Automate reporting to minimize time spent compiling and maximize time spent analyzing.
  • Conduct research, investigate workflows, and recommend changes to improve sales operations.
  • Detail-oriented review of account distribution to identify possible issues and communicate effectively with sales leadership.
  • Involved in process improvements and identifies opportunities for efficiency with Sales Operations team.
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, and system enhancements.
  • Perform general data entry and data management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration, finance, or marketing.
  • Three + years of experience in sales analysis position.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills, with ability to calculate and interpret financial data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Organized, efficient, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to listen and make independent fact-based decisions.
  • Strong research and data analysis skills, with ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Working Conditions:
