Job Title: Data Strategy Manager

Wurth Canada is seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Manager to lead our data analytics team and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data analysts and sales controllers to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve sales performance.
  • Develop and implement data models to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales, customer, and product data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Provide proactive recommendations and reports on company KPIs to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in analytical field, preferably in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Economics.
  • Proven leadership skills with a strong track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, and advanced data analysis tools such as Power BI.
  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
