Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at Now Health Group Canada / Puresource Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Sales and Account Management: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Territory Sales Calls: Conduct regular sales calls to assigned territories, building relationships with customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to other sales teams, maintaining good communication and ensuring seamless customer service.
  • Catalogue and Promotions: Ensure customers are aware of new products, promotions, and special offers, encouraging trial and adoption of new products.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Language: Bilingual in French and English, mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Personal Qualities: Driven, solution-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
