Ce que vous obtiendrez
En tant que chargé de compte, vous serez responsable de l’établissement de relations solides avec les clients sur le terrain et d’assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle avec les clients existants et potentiels.
Tu le feras:
- Développer une compréhension des exigences commerciales et de solution des clients
- Gagnez une part des dépenses dans l’ensemble du portefeuille de solutions technologiques de Dell Technologies : serveur, stockage, réseau, logiciels, sécurité et services led
- Gérer le territoire et /ou les comptes, y compris la planification des comptes, les prévisions de ventes, l’engagement des ressources interfonctionnelles et la collaboration avec les équipes virtuelles pour assurer l’alignement entre les organisations
- Collaborer régulièrement avec les décideurs dans les établissements clients à l’exécution des tâches principales
- Fournir un leadership et une expérience des ventes sur de grandes opportunités sophistiquées

Exigences essentielles
- Au moins 5 à 8 ans d’expérience dans la vente de solutions technologiques
- Connaissance experte des tendances du marché qui ont un impact sur les clients de Dell Technologies
- Des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de gestion de la clientèle et de vente stratégique qui amélioreront le succès des activités de nos clients et la croissance de Dell Technologies
- De solides compétences en communication, en collaboration, en négociation et en présentation exécutive et la capacité de fournir des informations et un leadership éclairé aux dirigeants seniors / CIO / CXO et aux deux prochains niveaux vers le bas
- Capacité de travailler dans un environnement ambitieux et trépidant
