Bilingual Pharmacovigilance Administrative

Specific Responsibilities
- Assign safety cases to the pharmacovigilance specialists.
- Move the processed cases to the proper designated folders.
- Check on a daily basis all day cases are processed as required.
- Update the training matrix.
- Ensure CVs and JDs folder are up to date and complying with the McKesson Canada requirements.
- Check the CRM for any created and not submitted cases.
- Support the operational component of the HR function, including creating and updating ORGcharts.
- Review and ensure the timesheets are updated.
- Extract the monthly performance reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to prioritize and reprioritize work in a constantly changing environment.
- Adhere to professional standards as stipulated by the relevant governing professional bodies.
- Participate and assist in departmental continuous improvement activities related to process, quality, and training.
- Assist with reviews of aggregate data to identify program trends and communicate these trends appropriately.
- Maintain program data integrity through the quality review of program documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Solid experience in MS and workforce management.
- Proven ability to manage in a complex environment independently.
Minimum Qualifications

Responsabilités spécifiques
- Gérer les boîtes aux lettres électroniques de la pharmacovigilance.
- Assigner les cas de sécurité aux spécialistes de la pharmacovigilance.
- Déplacer les cas traités vers les dossiers appropriés.
- Vérifier quotidiennement que tous les dossiers de jour sont traités comme il se doit.
- Mettre à jour la matrice de formation.
- S'assurer que les dossiers CV et JD sont à jour et conformes aux exigences de McKesson Canada.
- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de l'information et de la communication de l'entreprise.
- Vous êtes en charge de la mise en place de l'organisation et de la gestion des ressources humaines.
- Vous êtes en charge de la gestion de l'information et de la communication avec les clients.
