About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Bilingual Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in a fast-paced finance environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or in-person;
  • Managing databases and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Developing and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and presentations;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, meetings, and events;
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or data entry;
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
