**Job Summary**
The Administrative Coordinator will perform all day-to-day activities to support the Sales Administration team initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support to the Sales Administration team and work closely with cross functional teams including the Sales Team, Leasing Team, CRM Contract Team, etc.
- Ensuring all daily and weekly assigned tasks are completed within a designated timeline.
- Supporting month end and year end activities with a sense of urgency.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Arrange pickup and relocation requests.
- Other duties as required.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a professional environment/office.
- 1-3 years of sales administration experience.
- 1-3 years of Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).
- Attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and time management.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written).
- Problem solving and critical thinking.
