**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review and update existing handbooks, brochures, information sheets, and website content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Resource Hub that serves as a central repository of relevant resources, information, and support services for individuals and families affected by brain tumours
- Create care maps that outline appropriate resources and support networks for different demographics and stages of care, facilitating access to vital services and assistance
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Programs and Services team, healthcare professionals and the brain tumour community, to identify gaps in resource availability and develop strategies to address them effectively
- Foster relationships and partnerships with healthcare professionals to ensure together we are able to meaningfully support patients throughout their journey
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resource materials and initiatives, soliciting feedback from stakeholders and adjusting as necessary to optimize impact and relevance
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of brain tumour care and support, incorporating relevant findings into resource development (ex. webinars, podcasts, etc.) and service delivery

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Health Sciences, Public health, Communications) or combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferable within a healthcare or nonprofit organization
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated experience in content development, including writing, editing, and formatting of educational materials and resources
- Knowledge of brain tumour care and support services preferred, with a commitment to advancing the well-being of individuals and families affected
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with graphic design an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners in a team-oriented environment
- Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and access, with a demonstrated ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check required
- Bilingual (English and French) preferred

- Concevoir des cartes de soins détaillant les ressources appropriées et les réseaux de soutien pour différents groupes démographiques et stades de soins, facilitant ainsi l'accès des membres de notre communauté aux services essentiels.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes, notamment l'équipe des Programmes et Services, les professionnels de la santé et la communauté des tumeurs cérébrales, pour identifier les lacunes dans la disponibilité des ressources et élaborer des stratégies visant à les combler de manière efficace.
- Cultiver des relations et des partenariats avec les professionnels de la santé afin de garantir que nous puissions soutenir les patients tout au long de leur parcours.
- Surveiller et évaluer l'efficacité des documents et des ressources, en recueillant les avis des parties prenantes et en apportant les ajustements nécessaires pour optimiser leur impact et leur pertinence.
- Rester informé.e des tendances émergentes, des meilleures pratiques et des avancées dans le domaine des soins et du soutien aux personnes touchées par des tumeurs cérébrales, et intégrer les découvertes pertinentes dans le développement des ressources (par exemple, webinaires, podcasts, etc.) et la prestation de services.
