Administrative Assistant

In keeping with the Company’s mission and values, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining up to date records of vendor accounts. This includes but is not limited to entering invoices, reconciling vendor statements, answering vendor inquiries, entering expense reports and other admin tasks as assigned.
**Responsibilities**:
- Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner whereby verifying the invoice with the appropriate purchase order and receiving documents.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between vendor invoices and purchase orders by effectively communicating internally with operations and vendors for a quick resolution.
- Process and enter employee expense report information.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Various Admin tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred
- Strong attention to details and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience with Syspro is an asset.
