**THE ROLE**

This position will be based out of our office in Etobicoke, ON with a hybrid work schedule.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment initiatives across a variety of roles in Sales, Operations and Customer Support
- Lead strategic discussions with hiring managers to build teams holistically
- Research and analyze current systems; make recommendations to improve workflow and develop new recruitment processes (i.e. New sourcing methods, evaluation tools, advertising strategies, interview processes, CRM)
- Build recruitment material such as interview question banks, job descriptions and market research
- Participate in organizing and leading recruitment and networking events
- Participate in People related projects and work to create seamless processes between Talent and People Operations

**THIS IS YOU**
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of Greenhouse or a similar ATS/ CRM
- Track record of effectively managing high volume continuous pipelines
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail while still managing multiple priorities
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
- Self-motivated, data-driven and collaborative individual
- Friendly, energetic and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
- Interest and exposure in People Operations is a valuable asset
