Girl Guides of Canada is seeking a detail-oriented _**Coordinator, Member Services and IT**_.

**About This Opportunity**
Reporting to the _Senior Manager, Manager Services and Senior Manager, IT,_ the Coordinator, Member Services and IT will develop, maintain, and improve effective systems, procedures, and processes that support members through their membership experience. This role supports the Member Services and IT policies and functionalities to deliver frontline expertise for an exceptional member experience.
**In this role you will**:
- Support the girl registration project, by developing and maintaining the annual processes and project plan, supporting in the development of requirements, system testing, and ongoing system support.
- Review, maintain, and continuously improve related processes, policies, and tools that support registering families.
- Coordinate the process for list/report/query requests, seeking clarity from requesting department when required, understanding the capacity to deliver, and ensuring business objectives are understood and can be met.
- Develop and improve policies, processes, and functionalities to deliver frontline expertise to caregivers and members.
- Support in the development of project communications, including communication plans.
- Actively contribute to the short, medium, and long-term department plans.
- Maintain the administration of the IT purchase invoice reconciliation and approval process.
- Support the administration requests of the IT and Member Services departments, when required.
- Coordinate department budget related tasks and contribute to the development of department budgets, as required.
- Develop and maintain associated tools and resources, such as user guides, training documents, fact sheets, in development and collaboration with IT (and other departments).
- Work with technical experts for the development and implementation of new projects.
- Support the customer care team with membership inquiry escalations, using advanced technical knowledge.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the membership database (iMIS) and of the girl registration system.
- Maintain the Membership Reporting SharePoint site, ensuring information is available when expected, organized according to user’s needs, and administering access.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Related degree or diploma (i.e., Business Administration, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years’ related experience working in an office environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Office 365.
- Skilled at being organized, setting priorities, and managing time.
- Ability to work independently, and with a team.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
**Assets**:
- Experience in membership-based organization or associations.
- Knowledge of Girl Guides of Canada.
**Starting Annual Salary: $49,314**
*Salary based location, Greater Toronto Area
**This position will remain open until filled. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.**
