**Job Summary**

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Vancouver. This individual will create comprehensive consumer-facing marketing plans that drive engagement for brands owned or distributed by TallGrass. You will coach a team of professionals to elevate the consumer face of each brand. You are passionate about marketing and know what resonates with consumers and influences people. This role requires leadership skills, creativity, and a high degree of organization. This is a hybrid role managing 4+ direct reports and reporting to the Director of eCommerce and Digital Experience.

**Critical Success Factors/Outcomes**
- Consumer Marketing - Develop and oversee marketing plans that deliver revenue and profitability growth, grow awareness of brands by 10% year over year, and drive consumer trial and loyalty.
- eCommerce - Ensure that consumer touchpoints on websites and marketplaces including Amazon are continuously optimized. Lead the digital team to hit financial targets and reduce customer acquisition costs month-over-month.
- Team Coaching - Mentor and develop a team of young professionals, providing timely feedback and regular development opportunities, fostering a culture of accountability and ownership.
- Creative Leadership - Lead a team of creative professionals with a goal of building capacity and elevating creative assets.
- Brand Management - Ensure brand consistency across channels. Maintain brand guidelines. Provide oversight to ensure quality of all marketing materials.
- Campaign Excellence - Align campaign calendars across channels, ensuring that messaging is timely and relevant to each brand/product assortment. Elevate digital marketing campaign creative and messaging.
- Product Marketing - Coordinate with Brand and Ops teams to ensure product differentiators are well communicated on package and in marketing materials. Develop and oversee compelling consumer-facing product launch campaigns.
- Research and Trend-Watching - conduct research to stay on top of current trends, developments and perceptions of the natural health industry. Present ideas and inspiration on a regular basis. Foster curiosity about the industry within the team.
- Data Driven - analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, develop hypotheses and experiments, adjust strategies as needed, present findings to leadership.

**Competencies**:

- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with project management software (eg. Clickup, Asana, Workfront ) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in digital strategy.
- Experience marketing on Amazon and for DTC eCommerce
- Experience leading in a dynamic and diverse hybrid environment.
- Driven, growth-oriented leader who finds satisfaction in making things happen.
- Adaptable and excellent at problem-solving.
- 7+ years experience in marketing, consumer goods experience preferred.
- Values aligned with TallGrass.

**Nice to Have**
- Passion for and experience in the natural health industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
