**Position Summary**:
Commonwealth College, is actively seeking an experienced, self-motivated sales individual to join our team as an Admissions Representative at our Winnipeg Campus.

Admissions Representative is responsible for promoting and educating prospective students on Commonwealth College’s array of programs, complete enrolment and provide exemplary customer service

**Essential Functions**
- Receive and respond to initial contact by the prospective student via the College's Database.
- Promote the programs and services of the school.
- Tracking and follow-up on potential leads and providing motivation and encouragement to potential students as appropriate.
- Interviewing potential students to explore their backgrounds and interests and facilitate guidance in program selection; first 60-day stay period.
- Maintaining records to contribute to the administrative functions of the campus, such as: Facilitate the assessment process and maintain accurate and detailed records of entrance assessment results.
- Tracking and reporting on weekly activities (i.e., leads, phone calls, appointments, interviews, and enrollments).
- Follow up with leads that have become unresponsive to rekindle interest & following up on cancellations.
- Maintaining a standard Enroll/Start ratio above 80% with post-enrollment activities, including maintaining contact and follow-up with Students to keep them engaged.

**Position Requirements**:
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: This position requires a minimum formal education of a High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of three years related experience in recruitment, admissions or sales environment.
