Office Administration Team Lead

Coamaceutical Research Lab Inc. is a leading contract manufacturer specializing in personal care products and OTC drugs. We are currently looking to hire an Office Administration Team Lead for our Surrey BC location. The position is an important function within our business administration and support team and is responsible for the following.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the first point of contact with customers to maintain positive customer relationship, answer customer queries and address customer concerns in a professional manner;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company and learn to identify customer needs or desires in order to recommend appropriate products or services leading in new business to the company;
- Manage and track customer orders including creating of sales orders and issuing invoices, coordinating with customers regarding changes in orders, and preparing accurate account summaries for customers;
- Process data in ERP system and maintain documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures as well as GMP requirements;
- Support the production team with scheduling and coordination with different functional departments;
- Provide support and training to other team members;
- Prepare various reports as may be required by the management;
- Assist with human resources functions including maintaining employment policies and procedures and facilitating employee acquisition, termination, investigation and disciplining activities;
- Provide general office management to ensure operational efficiency, effective communications, and event planning;
- Other administrative support as required.
**Education and Experience**:
- University degree in a related discipline;
- 1-2 years experience in a GMP/pharmaceutical compliant environment with an understanding of GMP requirements for pharmaceutical and/or natural health products;
- Experience with BatchMaster ERP system is an asset.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surrey, BC V3W 1K7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
