Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Surrey. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks, managing office procedures, and ensuring seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office administrative procedures, review and evaluate new processes.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication.
  • Coordinate with different departments and teams, facilitating effective collaboration within the office.
  • Provide administrative assistance in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining office calendars.
  • May act as lead to other administrative staff, ensuring smooth workflow, and assist in interpreting policies, procedures, and processes.
  • May oversee record maintenance.


Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and cordiality when working with others.
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Working Conditions:

Candidates must be able to work in a dynamic office environment with occasional physical demands.



Compensation:

The salary for this position is approximately $28.85 per hour, based on the location and industry standards. The job requires a 40-hour workweek, with opportunities for overtime.
