About This Role

Applewood Kitchen Concepts Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of our establishment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including planning and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to maintain a smooth and organized work environment.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a flexible 30-40 hour workweek. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

The working language is English, and we require the ability to communicate effectively in this language.
