We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator Lead to join our team at Walia Building Material Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure efficient office operations, and maintain high levels of productivity.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to senior management, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among departments, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time-off policy.
