**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain the financial advisor’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries for the financial advisor
- Prepare and process new account paperwork and manage the account opening process
- Provide assistance to clients as needed, including handling inquiries and resolving problems
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
- Assist with the preparation and execution of client events and seminars
- Perform general office duties as required, including filing, scanning, and document management

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is an asset
- 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant in the financial services industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Self-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year
