At beBee Professionals in Oshawa, we are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to support our office operations and contribute to the success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports and presentations.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, greet visitors, and handle incoming communications in a professional and courteous manner.
- Filing and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation as required.
- Other Duties: Assist with various projects and tasks as assigned by management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
