**Join our Global Technology Service Management Team
**As a **CMDB Data Analyst **you will handle day to day delivery of report generations, scheduled tasks in CMDB, data manager policies and delivery of quality of reports on data issues. Responsible for management of technology assets, while mitigating the risk. These assets present to the organization through the dashboard view.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide effective governance to ensure CMDB process and procedures are effectively adhered to.
- Ensure ITAM related tools are properly evaluated, configured, maintained with appropriate integration with the other source of data.
- Maintain accuracy of IT assets/CIs identifying issues, handle remediation and optimization activities.
- Communicate the data quality issues and solutions to the collaborators with the reports.
- Deliver approach to move away from manual data collection to automation, create reports by writing queries.
- Create and maintain a Dashboard for data capture.
- Specify the data measures by building play around action.
- Good understanding of various CI (Configuration Item) and classes within ServiceNow/ CI relationships/ CI Class Manager. Ability to build partnerships with other teams to resolve issues.
**How will you create impact?**
Building a comprehensive dashboard of the data and process to satisfy the business needs and requirements. Ensure data quality and the correctness of the CMDB through accurate reporting. Provide continuous improvement in collaboration with the team and leaders for the Data Governance in CMDB.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years + in related work experience.
- Solid understanding of Asset and configuration management and discovery tools like ServiceNow, BMC-Remedy, SCCM etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Experience with advance reporting skills to represent data with tools such as PowerBI.
- Good experience in data analytics to showcase the data statics.
- Ability to handle volume of information and accurately synthesize and present data in an organized format.
- Ability to communicate and present information to peers and senior leadership.
