**Purpose**:
Schulich Executive Education (ExecEd) is an extension of the Schulich School of Business. It is an operation that is self-sustaining. Schulich ExecEd designs and develops non-degree management training offerings for organizational and individual clients in middle to senior manager/executive positions in the private sector, public sector and NGOs. The Account Manager, Programs will assist with program planning and implementation and tracking program progress to ensure high quality and accuracy in delivery. The position is accountable for leading program delivery and working closely with client stakeholders. The successful incumbent is familiar with the higher education environment, managing client relationships, and multi-stakeholder programs. The Account Manager, programs is responsible for overseeing program tasks and ensuring programs are on budget and on time. They listen to client needs, assemble faculty, source program resources. They will oversee program coordinator tasks in their programs such as processing client invoicing, client payments, participant payments, data entry, participant material development, instructor invoices and contracting. The Account Manager, Programs values a consultative approach in contributing to account relationships and working collaboratively with stakeholders.

**Education**:

- University degree in business administration, related field.
- Equivalent education and/or experience would be an asset.

**Experience**:

- Two (2) years of related experience working with client stakeholders at various levels within a public and private environment, including managing multiple accounts and program planning.

**Skills**:
Knowledge
- Knowledge of account management and understanding of program management systems and software.
- Knowledge and understanding of Executive Education market.
- Knowledge and understanding of commercial orientation.
- Knowledge and understanding of process and customer experience analysis.
- Computer savvy and comfortable in understanding Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas would be desirable), Content Management Systems (CMS).

Skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, highly motivated, and able to work against aggressive schedules.
- Ability to manage initiatives while managing the expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Ability to assess customer needs.
- Possesses unique analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively work with and influence at all levels. Positive attitude, team player, adaptable, resourceful, and self-starter.
- Success in building relationships and fostering a positive, inclusive organizational culture within a dynamic and complex environment.
- Effective communications skills (oral and written), flexible and adaptable with exceptional change management, detail orientation and organizational skills and strong solutions-focused problem-solving skills.
- Proven orientation to delivering business results and a demonstrated ability to execute.
- High degree of integrity with the ability to handle confidential and politically sensitive issues and difficult situations in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
- Accuracy and attention to detail essential.

**Additional Notes**:

- Work to be performed in a normal office environment. May be required to travel between downtown offices and Keele Campus.
- **Compensation**:
York's CPM Compensation Framework has a salary grid consisting of 6 or 8 steps (depending on job grade) which is reviewed annually with possible adjustments, and a lump sum Performance Based Recognition Award.
