Reporting to the Regional Director in Ontario, the Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with LCBO category buyers and growing the Dandurand New World Wine portfolio in Ontario. ResponsibilitiesDevelop value-based relationships with key buyers, category managers and other stakeholders within the LCBOContribute to and develop presentations that help achieve Dandurand and our supplier’s priorities while offering value to our customersAnalyze market trends and be able to provide insights on competitive productsManage volume and revenue forecastsManage, track & optimize A&P budgetsCoordinate programs and sell sheets to support the sales teamProvide guidance to a Sales Coordinator on all applications, submissions, pricing and inventoryMonitor and track the execution and ROI for promotional initiatives and programsCollaborate with Brand Team on supplier business plans, updates and go to market strategiesContribute to inventory planning and logisticsMeasure and report on Regional Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)Build and present category assortment plans using analysis or category dataBuild a calendar and activation plan for key LTO programsDevelop tools with consumer marketing department to enhance our execution in storeEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business administration, or equivalentFive (5) years of experience managing Key Account relationships in a CPG industryExperience in the alcoholic beverage industry is a strong assetQualificationsHighly developed interpersonal skillsStrong team playerDynamic leadership presenceStrong planning and organizational skillsHighly effective time management skillsExceptional communication skills with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective presentationsAbility to thrive in high-pressure situationsExcellent financial and budgeting skillsStrong business acumenDisplay a high degree of integrity in the workplaceAnalytical capabilitiesAdaptability
