As a PPG Dulux **Regional General Sales Manager, Prairies,** you will manage the overall financial and operational results within your Region across our three major channels of distribution - our Dulux Stores (corporate stores and franchisees), Independent Dealers (including National Accounts) and the Home Centers (Rona). You will have total responsibility for both Retail and Trade Sales and Operations for the Ontario Region, including P&L, sales, retail stores, personnel, and inventory. You will report to the General Manager, Canada, Architectural Coatings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain contact and build relationships with current and potential customers.
- Oversee recruitment, training and development of sales and the operations force, support and implement the performance and learning process.
- Lead all aspects of the operation of the company-owned and franchise paint stores to ensure regulation and efficiency in sales and store operations.
- Ensure that zone administration requirements are met - tasks include employee compensation, forecasting, credit, employee expense reporting, price quoting, sales tracking, sales reporting, automation, territory realignments, annual profit plan real estate strategy and complaint handling.
- Lead store planning and new store opening startup.
- Implement standardized operating procedures and efficient processes reflecting both industry practice and the use of quality tools.
- Collaborate and coordinate team selling activities across the teams and the various distribution channels.
- Achieve profit and sales objectives for the zone.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of a High school diploma or GED required, college degree preferred; at least 5 years of related experience.
- Proven experience resolving customer complaints and providing superb customer service.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Ability to work and travel locally within Manitoba 75% of the time.

You may work remotely within the territory and travel within the territory during the week. #LI-Remote
