**Quelques-unes des tâches**:
Le coordonnateur de l’équipe des ventes prend en charge de la planification et de la coordination de toutes les commandes de l'équipe de vente qui sont acheminées vers le centre d’impression. Le titulaire est chargé de recevoir les commandes entrantes, de les trier et de les classer par ordre de priorité, de s’assurer que tous les éléments des commandes sont intacts, de vérifier que les commandes sont prêtes à être imprimées et d’acheminer les commandes vers la production. Il est également responsable de toutes les activités de communication avec l'équipe des ventes, y compris le maintien de tout suivi applicable, en assurant une forte orientation vers le service.

**Plus précisément, le titulaire sera responsable de**:

- Surveiller régulièrement les dossiers de courriels pour les nouvelles commandes.
- Planifier efficacement les ressources des machines, classer les commandes par ordre de priorité pour la production et distribuer les commandes aux associés responsables.
- S’assurer que tous les éléments de la commande sont disponibles pour la production, y compris les directives de commande, les fichiers papier et numériques.
- Vérifier que les fichiers numériques sont prêts à être imprimés et prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires, notamment en communiquant avec l’équipe des ventes pour obtenir des mises à jour, des clarifications supplémentaires ou le retour de la commande.
- Acheminer les commandes vers la production et la finition conformément aux procédures normales d’exploitation et à l'accord de niveau de service.
- Maintenir un canal de communication actif avec les membres de l’équipe des ventes, le siège social et les bureaux régionaux, selon les besoins.
- Répondre aux demandes concernant les grandes quantités et les demandes spéciales.

**Quelques prérequis**:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales/techniques en impression;
- 1 à 2 années d’expérience dans l’industrie de la communication graphique et de l’impression;
- Compréhension des étapes du processus d’impression;
- Connaissance des programmes de gestion du flux de travail;
- Fortes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle.
