**Roles and responsibilities**

Sales:

- Perform cold calls and outreach to new accounts not currently in our ecosystem
- Assist in locating new leads across Canada and sharing with appropriate sales representatives
- Perform calls to current customer base, providing brand messages, product updates and supporting additional SKU distribution opportunities

Team Support:

- Update sales performance trackers (KPI Dashboard), and extract reports to support sales team
- Support with key account onboarding (listing kits, product samples, online portal setups, coordinating with counterparts with the respective banners)
- Work closely with sales team in account creation, input and processing of orders in a timely manner
- Supports reviewing the competitive landscape (spot check specific accounts/banners/channels for competitive sets, new products, pricing, etc.)
- Work in collaboration with sales team and brand team to build out the sales calendar plan including promotions, commercial programs and activation support, tools needed, communicating with the sales team on product training and new products

Customer Service:

- Order substitution and replacement management (i.e. follow-up with customers on products swaps or exchanges)
- Contribute to customer satisfaction through diligent customer service, prompt communication and timely follow ups with all customers

**Qualification & Skills**
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
- Should be familiar with EDI and/or other online order platforms and sales tools
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent organizational, time management and task prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

**Rôles et responsabilités**

Ventes:

- Effectuer des appels à froid et contacter de nouveaux comptes qui ne font pas actuellement partie de notre écosystème
- Aider à trouver de nouveaux prospects à travers le Canada et à les partager avec les représentants commerciaux appropriés
- Effectuer des appels à la clientèle actuelle, en fournissant des messages de marque, des mises à jour de produits et en prenant en charge des opportunités de distribution de SKU supplémentaires

Soutien à l'équipe:

- Mettre à jour les trackers de performances commerciales (KPI Dashboard) et extraire des rapports pour soutenir l'équipe commerciale
- Assistance à l'intégration des grands comptes (kits de référencement, échantillons de produits, configuration du portail en ligne, coordination avec les homologues avec les bannières respectives)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe des ventes dans la création de comptes, la saisie et le traitement des commandes en temps opportun
- Prend en charge l'examen du paysage concurrentiel (vérification ponctuelle des comptes/bannières/canaux spécifiques pour les ensembles compétitifs, les nouveaux produits, les prix, etc.)
- Travailler en collaboration avec l'équipe de vente et l'équipe de marque pour élaborer le plan du calendrier de vente, y compris les promotions, les programmes commerciaux et le support d'activation, les outils nécessaires, communiquer avec l'équipe de vente sur la formation sur les produits et les nouveaux produits

Service client:

- Gestion des substitutions et des remplacements de commandes (c'est-à-dire suivi auprès des clients sur les échanges de produits)
- Contribuer à la satisfaction des clients grâce à un service client diligent, une communication rapide et des suivis rapides avec tous les client
