**Pega Medical / Orthopediatrics Canada ULC** est à la recherche d’un Coordonnateur de Production pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.

**Les principales activités et responsabilités de ce poste incluent**:

- **Planification de la production**:

- Gestion de la planification du statut des inventaires pour le déploiement de lots
- Gestion de la Planification des Ressources de Fabrication (MRP) pour les composants prêts à la vente
- Gestion de la Planification des Ressources de Fabrication (MRP) pour les composants non emballés — pour le réapprovisionnement auprès des fournisseurs, y compris les produits stériles
- Calcul et mise à jour des valeurs d'inventaire mínimales, y compris les délais des fournisseurs
- Création, maintenance et mise à jour du système de Planification des Ressources de Production (MRP)
- Mise à jour des informations de prévision dans le système MRP et rapports de statut d'inventaire
- **Déploiement de la production**:

- Fournir les besoins de production pour le déploiement de lots au personnel d'entrepôt
- Créer des ordres de fabrication pour les assemblages dans le système ERP au besoin
- Fournir les besoins de production pour l'emballage au personnel d'entrepôt
- Créer des mouvements d'inventaire dans le système ERP pour les besoins d'emballage au besoin
- Transmettre les besoins de production des articles aux achats en temps opportun
- **Entretien et organisation de l’inventaire**:

- Création et mise à jour des familles de produits et des entrepôts
- Création de plateaux de location
- Planification des inventaires
- Créer et gérer le plan de comptage d'inventaire
- Évaluer et définir la cause des écarts, puis identifier et mettre en œuvre des actions correctives
- **Activités de traçabilité de l’inventaire**:

- Récupération de l’historique d’inventaire pour les rappels et les suivis
- Assurer une identification adéquate des pièces en inventaire

**Exigences**:

- Diplôme d’études supérieures (universitaire) obligatoire.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste lié au contrôle des inventaires dans le domaine des dispositifs médicaux.
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste lié aux exigences d'expédition internationale pour les dispositifs médicaux.
- Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans un rôle lié à la fabrication et à la vente de dispositifs médicaux.
- Sens de la ponctualité et de la gestion du temps.
- Compétences préférées : connaissances intermédiaires en informatique, bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles et rigueur dans la tenue des dossiers, ainsi qu’une capacité à respecter les règles de sécurité et à travailler dans des délais serrés.
- En raison des préoccupations de sécurité et de l'importance des normes d'efficacité et de qualité, une grande attention aux détails dans le respect des politiques de l'entreprise est cruciale.
- Expérience en production dans un environnement ISO est un atout.
- Compréhension mécanique et aptitude au fonctionnement des produits sont des atouts.
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'espagnol exigée, une connaissance de base du français est un atout.

- Retrieval of inventory history for recalls and follow up activities
