**What we need**
Reporting to the F&B Management Team, the **Restaurant Supervisor**’s responsibility is to guide, assist, supervise and monitor the quality of work of the Front of House associates. The incumbent also assists managers in the smooth running of operations and the establishment of standards and procedures to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

**What you’ll do**
- Greet customers, present menus, answer questions, offer suggestions;
- Expedite food preparation and delivery during peak times;
- Peform quality check with guests on service and food, ensuring the customer experience is impeccable, according to the standards dictated by the brand;
- Handle inventories, order goods and maintain stocks of food & beverage supplies, utensils and equipment according to communicated arrangements;
- Participate in the recruitment and training of employees and the development of work schedules and daily administration tasks related to the Front of House operations;
- Supervise and monitor the quality of work of other associates;
- Perform other related duties.
**Profile needed**
**What is the profile needed in order to be successful in this position**
- High School Diploma;
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in customer service or a related field;
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in leading a team;
- Experience with a POS system, an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to communicate clearly with customers, managers and other associates;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and strong teamwork ethic;
- Responsible, autonomous and resourceful;
- You genuinely care for the wellbeing of others;
- Positive attitude, autonomy, dynamism and detail-oriented;
- Good physical condition: ability to work long hours on your feet and ability to lift 50lbs (23kg).
