Front of House Supervisor

**Baton Rouge Grillhouse in Whitby is looking for individuals with Front of House and/or Management experience to be a part of our always growing team. We are a staple within the Whitby community and have serving guests for more than 15 years If you are someone who has prior experience and a desire for growth, this is the job for you**

**Responsibilities**:
Taking and organizing reservations

Managing servers and server sections

Developing relationships with our patrons

Closing and/or Opening the Restaurant

**Requirements**:
Open Availability

1 year of front of house experience

Provide your own transportation

Outgoing, presentable, and personable

Table side and telephone etiquette

Basic experience with excel spreadsheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week

**Benefits**:

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
