*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Supervisor to join our team. The Kitchen Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring food quality, and managing kitchen staff. *Duties* - Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their tasks - Ensure food preparation meets quality standards and recipes are followed accurately - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment - Train new kitchen employees on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly *Requirements* - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Knowledge of food safety regulations - Strong supervisory and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
