**Job Profile Summary** Entry-level position with appropriate licenses/training certifications. Has basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process. Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Work is completed with close supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Types letters, memos, reports, and presentation material using appropriate software.

2. Screens phone calls, records messages, and forwards calls to appropriate person/department.

3. Assist in meeting coordination, including video conferences, conference calls, office events on/off-site as needed.

4. Work with building office for onsite office management and coordinate w/ internal facilities to ensure alignment.

5. Receives, organizes, and distributes daily mail and ensures timely mailing of department correspondence.

6. Onboarding/Offboarding for employees that include but not limited to: badge set up, cell phone/laptop set up, and assign new desk seating. This position will also assist in collecting these items from employees leaving the company.

7. Performs other clerical or administrative duties as needed; may assist manager in miscellaneous activities in support of projects and/or Human Resources processes.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
