At F45 Parkdale, we’re not just another fitness studio—we’re creating a welcoming community hub where our neighbours can get strong and become their best true selves.

Based on incredible feedback about the four HYROX-style training sessions we ran in September leading up to the Toronto race weekend, we’ve decided to become a HYROX Training Club, which means official affiliation with HYROX. We’ll run 13-week event training blocks leading up to selected HYROX races (Toronto but also perhaps New York in 2025?), as well as regular HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) sessions to help our members track their progress. We’ll also run a monthly HYROX info session & teaser class to get newbies drinking the kool-aid.

We’re currently looking for a **HYROX Performance Coach** to join our all-star team, someone who can lead HYROX sessions (as well as other sessions) with passion and drive, and who thrives in a high-challenge, high-engagement, community-focused environment.

**About You**:
You’ve competed in one or more HYROX races, and you’re hooked on the challenge. You’ve got the technical chops as a **certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor**, but more importantly, you know how to build a vibe. You’re the type who remembers names, encourages members with a smile, and radiates energy even when the session gets tough.

In a nutshell? This role is all about getting new people excited about fitness racing, and helping our members push their limits and get ready for their own HYROX moments, while having a ton of fun along the way.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead **HYROX training sessions**, as well as other F45 classes.
- Support & coach F45 Parkdale members at local HYROX races (and potentially out-of-city events) - you'll also end up with a huge crew cheering you on at your race
- Create an inclusive, high-energy environment where all members feel supported and driven.
- Maintain the high standards of performance and member engagement that make F45 Parkdale stand out.
