**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation of a new Inside Sales organization at ZE PowerGroup Inc. - excellent opportunity to grow with the new team and function
- Find new business opportunities using outbound prospecting techniques and tools (Zoom Info, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Conduct high-level conversations with executives, decision makers & influencers in prospective accounts as part of discoveries and other engagements
- Provide a consistent flow of qualified leads to the Inside Sales team
- Work with prospects to understand their pain points, business challenges and concisely articulate how our software and services can help
- Perform research on target organizations, primarily in Energy and Commodities
- Develop detailed summaries of qualified leads in the CRM as part of the opportunity hand-over
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and maintained - including notes, activities, interactions, contacts, customer / prospect company details, etc.
- Attend and participate in regular sales meetings
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective supporting sales collateral including white papers, webinars, ebooks, website material, etc.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Sales and cold-calling experience
- Experience using research and other sales tools to develop target lists
- Competitive and results oriented
- Ability to articulate ZEMA’s value proposition
- Experience selling or supporting the sale of enterprise software platforms is preferred
